We have to *purchase* NO COVID, and if we spend in the next 4-12mo to beat it, and
it doesn't go away, what will we have to _show_ for the purchase of our money?

We don't want to be Totalitarian, but we want to give people every urge, and capacity to stay-at-home-from-work, and avoid COVID.
If they do not do it right, which is forseeable without deep study and comprehensive non-violent plan, because force begets argument and force back, rather than help, than 18 months, rather than 4-12 months; to the end of 2021 or
farther, rather than merely to this October 2020 or June 2021, may be required.
Either way, subsequently the economy needs 1 Year more of forebearance and payments to every citizens of $1,250/mo, $15,000/year, $416 Billion/month, $5 Trillion per year, to subsequently get the economy going, as there will be no employment and revenues immediately upon COVID's eradication. We're trying to buy
COVID gone.

We can't pin our hopes on a Vaccine. We want to buy no more COVID. We don't want
to be Totalitarian, yet unless all the States do it as good as New York State, and
New Jersey State have been doing it, it may cost way more, and if COVID has not gone away in 4 months, to 1 year, what purchase will we have to show for all our
money?
