Dear Dr. Sylte,
I am 71 years old and I do a spin exercise class twice each
week. I try to push to a heartbeat of 100 to 110 (or 95-105)
for 40 minutes. My body generally feels tired the rest of the
day.
Lately I have had several times when My chest feels tired,
or a bit of a weight in it. Would it be good to have me
get an ekg, or even a stress ekg?
