In order to invaildate us, TERFs like to use argument that human brain
doesn't stop developing until we are 25.
The truth is that gender identity forms by the age 3, but that doesn't
stop TERFs from invaildating us.
Is detransition in people under 25 really more common? Is there any
evidence for that?

There is no verifiable evidence that gender dysphoria can be treated in
other ways than transitioning. None whatsoever.
Gender-affirmative trans care *requires* therapy. That is, unless you go
the informed consent route, which you can always refuse to.
Scaring trans people away from transitioning and repressing their
identities *IS* conversion therapy.
