I have stated this to you before and I'm happy to write it out for you.
I do not feel comfortable with your future safety under Marie's care. I
have every reason to believe that someday down the road when you are
ill, or stricken with dementia, that Marie would restrict our access to you.
We are talking about a woman who:
-tormented you at your weakest for financial gain
-threatened to torture you when you are incapacitated
-has used physical force against you (blocking you, pushing you,
towering over you)
-has used mental torture tactics against you (such as waking you in the
night to yell at you)
-threatened to destroy your belongings if he left home
-has bullied you into not seeing your children and grandchildren
-has exerted control over nearly every aspect of your life
You have said yourself that you would characterize the last two plus
years as a living hell. You have stated that you wish you would have
passed away when you had your carotid dissection. Marie is the key
factor making your life so miserable.
I wish that I had more time to talk to you about this, and every other
topic I'd like to have a dad around for. I love you. I hope we have
more time together someday.
