Supposedly earlier tonight the sudden magickal evolution occurred
and there are now 55 species in human species group. Transformation
and healing has begun and some may be evident by full moon.

But also there was evolution of higher dimensional bodies to adjust
special abilities, spiritual genders, and orientations. As a result,
mental health problems should have transformed into useful
special abilities somewhat and that may be helped further by
the physical transformation over the next while.

Some of the special abilities are:

1. telepath (the basic is communication with another telepath, a strong
version may include reading the mind of a non-telepath)
2. species someone negotiator
3. medium/channeller
4. magick
5. precog
6. backcog
7. far-seeing
8. far-hearing
9. astral travel/out of body travel/shamanic journeying, which might include the ability to see astral beings near the ability holder even when the
ability holder is in body
10. healer (which has a subset of mental health healer)
11. empath
12. diviner (which has subsets such as dowsing, card divination, matchmaker, and more)
13. green thumb
14. aquaculture
15. telekinesis (at least a little)
16. psychotropic drug enhanceability (includes temporary versions of several
of the above abilities)

and probably more.

An important step in managing/learning to use a special ability is
recognizing what special ability it is.

As for the OP's content, I am not sure that I agree. The comedian Ruby
Wax, who now has a Master's degree in psychology, thinks that the sole
object of evolution is survival, and usefulness or benefit don't come
into it. For example, why do our feet have so many bones, when a single
blade, as used by amputees, can do the job better, and with fewer
problems? Perhaps that can be the OP's project for the next 50 minutes.
