The general Data Protection Act goes live tomorrow, and already I'm getting bogged down in emails telling me how they will keep my data.
However I wonder how shall we say adult organisations are handling this?
Could be a little dodgy if they write to an account that all members of a family access!

Predictable the scammers and spammers are already sending out fake messages
to trick the unwary into sharing personal data with an opt in button. I
swear some people out there must be really stupid.
