    SUMMARY:

"I built the [Stuttgart Scientology Franchise, the]
Mission up, I was the one who created it.
    It was MINE.
    It belonged to me!"

"And then somebody declared me suppressive or a danger,
or declared me to be damaging. Anyway, I was thrown out.
Out of what belonged to ME, because I had created it!

    "I felt myself invalidated, overwhelmed."

"I was demanded to get a bank-loan to finance the investments
[demanded by] and the payments to the [RTC-]missionaires for
    'services' we got from them,
AND I was ordered to have - within two or three weeks -
all the items demanded [a large stock of books and E-meters etc.
to be bought from higher Scientology Organizations - a typical
'profitable' trick to ruin the rather independent Missions]
including the cash to pay for it."

"He [the RTC-missionaire] didn't come to help us,
he came to tell everyone that this is not OUR Mission
but that it belongs to 'the church' [meaning 'to the Religious
    Technology Center', RTC]."

"He wanted to make us into being effect
    where we were being cause,
he wanted to make us into pieces in a game,
    where we were players,
in a game where we were master and NOT slaves."

"He withheld these, his real intentions."

"He was 'right' because he had all the [L. Ron Hubbard-]
    Policies behind him to quote.
But he was an 'office'-person with no reality on life!
HE never created a Mission himself!"

    "And I must have postulated:
'I do not again go through all this self-abasement
and call it "ethics". I quit! [I die!]'"

'Former Stuttgart Scientology Mission [Franchise] Owner'

    END OF SUMMARY

The following is an Auditing Assist
(spiritual counseling procedures from the Science called Scientology
which believes in life after death
as an important part of its religious doctrine)
for my late friend Andreas Ostertag,
    who once created Stuttgart Mission
as one of the largest Scientology Missions worldwide.

I ordered this Spiritual Assist on him recently,
in order to find out how he died
and to alleviate any possible trauma remaining from it.

The Assist for him was completed today,
and I publish this in honor of a deceased friend.

Now he lives, as an eleven year old boy I believe, in Japan,
an enthusiastic student of the Japanese martial arts.

And he is, of course, now not called Andreas Ostertag anymore!

Andreas Ostertag, former ED [Executive Director]
[of] Stuttgart Mission [Germany], on 19 Jan 1995, 22:00 GMT:

[Auditor:] Tell me about your death as Andreas Ostertag,
    in Florida.

([Note by Auditor:] Andreas, now a boy of about 11, in Japan.)

    [Andreas:]
"I had a boat. A sailing boat. [While in Florida.]
I was swimming towards it. The water was cold,
the waves [were] high, I drowned.

"I was swimming to the boat.
    There was danger.
The boat got loose in a storm? And drifted away?

    "I nearly reached it.

"I was about 10 meters away.

    "10 meters? No, 20 meters!

"The waves were high, were rolling over me with force.
I was lifted up and smashed down by the waves,
lost sight of the boat, [I got] dizzy.
Heavy waves got smashed at me, I was wrapped in the waves,
    pulled forward, thrown backwards.
I swallowed water, it was cold,
    I got a cramp, I couldn't swim anymore.

"I was very afraid, suddenly afraid of losing my body,
afraid of getting out of control.

    "I got more frenzied.

"I didn't see the boat anymore.

"I thought 'what can happen?', I am a spirit.

"I thought of what was before.

    "The days before.
    The years before.

    "A goal thwarted, loss, invalidation.

"I did not achieve what I wanted to achieve
    with my Mission in Stuttgart.

"I got tight. Had to give up.

"And there I was, in the water, stormy water, icy water.

"And I get tight - and I had to give up.

    "Afraid I wouldn't get out.
    No help around.

"[What was I] PTS to? [What was suppressing me?]

"It was degrading to me to be at FLAG
as only a First Dynamic who gets Auditing
[only caring for myself, and not also caring for others].

"I had a [Scientology] Mission [Franchise]. We were doing well.

    "I lost it.

    "And I couldn't save it.

"I was the Mission - or I and the Mission, the people,
the activity - that was one,
and [was] my purpose for being there.

"I ran the Mission into a financially tight situation,
tried to save it, made personal financial irregularities,
or was it called like that?

"I wasn't helped, but threatened and attacked.

"The Mission was given over to someone else, I had to leave.

    "You can't just do that!
Leave a Mission as [when] a contract is over!
I built the Mission up, I created it.
    It was MINE.
    It belonged to me!

    "I mismanaged things in it.
But I tried to remedy it.

"And then somebody declared me suppressive or a danger,
or [declared me to be] damaging, anyway, I was thrown out.

"Out, of what belonged to me, because I had created it!

"You also can't throw someone out of his body because
he temporarily made it sick! You'd help him to remedy it.

"Anyway, I got no help to stay with it.

"Thrown out of the house after I built it.

"I was brought to 'understanding my out-ethics'.

"I had then handled the situation,
but the Mission wasn't mine anymore!

"And then I was at FLAG as a private [person].
    A private [person]!
    I had a Mission!

"It's like being addressed as a sailor or steward
while I am the captain and had a ship.

"And there I was in the stormy sea in a dangerous situation,
tight, about to lose the ship.

    "I felt myself invalidated, overwhelmed.

    "And I must have postulated:
''I do not go through all this selfabasement
and call it "ethics" again. I quit!'

    "And I did.

"And the next wave I considered 'too overwhelming' and I quit!
    Got unconscious! And drowned.
    Didn't want anymore!

"And so the captain gave up his ship himself!"

Andreas Ostertag, former ED Stuttgart Mission,
    on 20 Jan 1995, 12:38 GMT:

[Auditor:] Tell me about someone who caused you
to lose control of your Mission in Stuttgart.

    [Andreas:]
    "Some banker.
Some money advisor, some financial advisor (same),
    some 'Unternehmensberater' (same)."

([Note by Auditor:] Andreas looks around, looks at that time.)

    [Andreas asks himself:]
    "A mission (investigation)?
From UK? Denmark EU? coming to the Stuttgart Mission?
    The GO [Guardian Office]?
    A higher authority Scientologist?
    A staffmember?
    A public [person]?
The houseowner in Bad Canstatt [Stuttgart (Germany)]?
    My brother? No.

"I got less problems made by outside terminals
than I got from inner Scientology sources.

"I was covering up debts (Org obligations) by personal loans.

"The costs for running the Mission
were not covered by services given.

"I didn't meet the quotas (demands
by higher Scientology terminals) for getting staff trained,
or books bought; pressure was made.

"There were a lot of wrong indications, and no help, but threats,
    enforcement of my work.

"That was supposed to be 'on Policy' and supposed to help me
to produce a more ethical product.
Which only got me into a - false - condition of Treason
    towards my own Mission.

"And I was forced to resign 'to save the Mission'."

    [Auditor:] By whom?

[Andreas:] "[A] Mission Office World Wide terminal."

[Would actually be an RTC-mission - a corrective mission
sent by the late Suppressive David Miscavige.]

([Note by Auditor:] I do not get the post title.
It seems to be someone in UK, St. Hill.)

([Note by Auditor:] There is considerable mental charge on this person.
    Duplicating that
[from looking at this Suppressive Person],
I get anger and a 'terror stomach'.)

    [Andreas:]
"He was 'right' because he had all the Policies behind him to quote.
But it was an 'office' person with no reality on life!
[He] never created a Mission himself!"

[Auditor:] Is there a [break in A-R-C,
in Affinity, Reality, Communication or Understanding]?
    Refused Understanding, (indicated to Andreas).

([Note by Auditor:] Some [emotional] charge blows [goes away].)

[Auditor:] Is there an earlier similar A-R-C-break?

    [Andreas:]
"Yes, earlier similar incident in another lifetime."
    A break in desired Communication."

    [Auditor:] When was that?

    [Andreas:]
    "Time(s) of 'Abgaben' (Tithes).
    Middle Ages, Germany.
    Roman Time, France.

"I didn't render [to them] the communication
which I desired to give: Throw the guys out
who demanded a 'tenth' - or another form of suppressive claim -
of more than could be produced or harvested,
which was called '[a demand] to show loyalty'."

    ([Auditor:] Charge is blowing.)

    [Andreas:]
"I didn't throw the guy out!! (Regarding my Stuttgart Mission.)
I didn't tell HIM what was ethical!"

    on 21 Jan 1995, 02:58 GMT:

[Auditor:] What did the Scientology Missionaire,
whom you did not throw out of your Stuttgart Mission, do?

    [Andreas:]
"It was a whole team of four, they stayed some weeks,
looked at everything, finances, how the courses were held, etc.

"One main guy, invalidative, had a catalogue of items
that had to be put in immediately 'or else',
[items on] correct number of staff, [on] tech and admin,
[on] equipment, bookstore, [on] training of staff,
sending for training, getting replacements [for them
while they were sent up for training].

"He found a lot of points not corresponding to what 'tech in'
would mean and what it was supposed to mean.

"I got lower and lower conditions [assigned by them],
I was taken off post for re-training.

"I was demanded to get a bank loan to finance investments
and payments to the missionaire, for 'services' we got from them,
and I was ordered to have - within two or three weeks -
all the items demanded and their financing.

    "I didn't manage. I got lower conditions,
    got a replacement [for myself],
    I was ordered for retraining
and to apply back for the post later
after doing conditions and getting finances straight - all
    in a time not doable.

    "Trying to comply, I lost."

[Auditor:] What did the Scientology Missionaire
that you did not throw out of your Stuttgart Mission
    withhold?

    [Andreas:]
"He didn't come [to the Mission] to help,
he came to tell everyone that this is not OUR Mission
but that it belongs to 'the church' [meaning 'to David Miscavige'].

    "Not our Mission!
    [That was a] big invalidation.

"He came to state (covertly), that we did it all wrong
and unless we do what he says, we are out.

"[He came to state covertly that the Mission was] HIS space,
HIS org, and [that] WE might get a license to survive.

"He wanted to make us into effect where we were cause,
[he wanted to make us] pieces in a game,
where we were players, master and NOT slaves.

"He withheld these, his real intentions.

"I am learning presently some Japanese fighting techniques!"
    (Andreas laughs)

    ([Auditor:] Andreas is greatly relieved
that he can simply look at the evil intentions
and call them what they were.)

Andreas Ostertag, former ED Stuttgart Mission,
    on 21 Jan 1995, 16:10 GMT:

[Auditor:] Tell me about a False Ethics Condition
given to you by the RTC-mission.

    [Andreas:]
"I [was given] a Condition of Enemy!

"As the next thing - if I had not accepted
    this as my condition -
I would have been declared suppressive
    [and expelled from the Church]!

"Before the [RTC-]mission arrived, the condition
of the Stuttgart Mission was in the range of emergency,
    normal, sometimes affluence.

"We were not without renomee [good reputation].

    "I was not an enemy!
I was not an enemy to Ron [LRH]!
I was not an enemy to Scientology!
I was not an enemy to my Mission!

"Any help to do better would have been appreciated by me,
but, what we were supposed to do
brought the Mission INTO danger, and not out
    but further down!

    "Condition of Enemy!

"I never had been that far down, not me personally
and not my Mission as a whole!

"I [was assigned] a Condition of Enemy
because I objected to my removal from my post
    after a Condition of Liability.

    "It was all very confused.

"I objected, and that was a "clear indication
that I didn't want 'tech to go in'"
and that I would ruin the Mission
if I would go on defending my prior activity (how
we went about running the Mission) [if I would continue to defend that]
as [survival, as] being in the greatest interest of
    and to the greatest benefit
to the greatest number of Dynamics, - meaning -
    considering long term survival.

"No, Enemy was a completely false Ethics Condition given to me.

"Or, I should have looked upon the Condition of Enemy earlier on
    or even Condition of Treason
''Find out that you are the ED [Executive Director]!''
at the time when the [RTC]-mission was given full control
by me, [instead of me, as ED, keeping control over them].

"I yielded control to them [because I was] thinking
[that] they came to help to improve our activity.

    "And another thing,
I wanted acknowledgment for my caring for my group, you see,
I had cared for my group
    and the [RTC]-mission came
and I wanted to show them that I cared.
So [therefore] I listened to their advice and orders
and demands for improved technical conditions.

"And I wanted to show that I was loyal.

"I was, but I didn't look at what THEY were!

    "[Me] wanting agreement and acknowledgment.
[Me] wanting to be in agreement!

"Nonsense, I did a good job with the Mission!

    "The [RTC-]mission that came
didn't use their alleged superior tech knowledge to help me,
    but to destroy me.

"In so far as I agreed to that,
I was an Enemy to myself and my Mission!

"Only, in this sense I didn't DO the condition of Enemy!

"How I did [the Condition of Enemy]
turned out to be a propitiative action and invalidative,
and I was clearly PTS, [PTS = suppressed by someone
or something, resulting in diminished observational power
    and lack of control],
    and the [RTC-]mission was suppressive!
Something in the purpose and in the head of the [RTC-]mission."

Andreas Ostertag, former ED Stuttgart Mission,

[Auditor:] What have you done to Koos?

    [Andreas:]
    "I denied Koos help.
I told him to handle 'his situation'.

"I made him wrong with it.

"I refused to see that he was confronting suppressive intentions
    while I was not."

[Auditor:] What have you withheld from Koos?

"I had given him - just for my own personal use -
    a condition of Enemy!
Which was a false ethics condition."

[Auditor:] What have you done to Koos?

"I have sided with SP's [Suppressive Persons]
of the GO [Guardian Office] who attacked Koos.
    They wanted to stop him.
    I have executed their orders.

"I tried to make Koos PTS - as I was.
I made you, [Auditor], PTS, or added to it.

    "Now I would say:
''When you get attacked, find the right spot to
counter-attack (tactic of a Japanese fighting technique).'' "

[Auditor:] Thank you! I'll end off here at a good point.

    (End of this session)
Total TA (not noted) in 34 min.

Andreas Ostertag, former ED Stuttgart Mission,
    on 22 Jan 1995, 12:52 GMT:

[Auditor:] Did you do anything else to Koos?

    [Auditor:] Not helping Koos,
refusing to confront Suppressives in Scientology.

    [Andreas:]
"I was proud of having a 'Kunstgalerie' [= an Art Gallery].
    I was PR'ing about it.

"But when Koos got attacked by Scientologists
    in the Guardian Office,
    I separated from Koos
whose purpose it was to promote the arts.

"I should have seen that attacks on Koos
were directed also to destroy Koos' intentions to help artists
and give artists an important role in society.

"I had a 'Kunstgalerie' (= an Art Gallery).
I should have been honest about it.
Either I have to admit [that] I had no Kunstgalerie.
    I pretended to HAVE it.
It was pure PR, because it sounded good, and looked good.

"That's true, had I really HAD it,
the Kunstgalerie, (owned it, cared for it),
I would have been sharing Koos' goals for art and artists
and I would have been very angry
at anyone wanting to harass Koos and invalidate his work
and stop his activity and wanting to destroy his beingness,
    as Scientology- and Art-promoter.

    "My overt [non-survival act]:
I separated from Koos when he got an expulsion order.
I refused to confront why that was done.

"[That was done] so that no one would want to listen to Koos.

"And why should no one have listened to Koos?
Because he was letting others know about their suppression!

"I separated from Koos when he needed my support.

"I feared I will be expelled too, when I help Koos.
This threat came with it (with the expulsion order on Koos).

    "This is a justification."

[Auditor:] Did you withhold anything else from Koos?

    "I made Koos wrong
that he dealt with this alcoholic artist Henry.
[Koos managed to make Henry Baczkowski - under
heavy protest from Henry himself - free of
alcohol during the time Koos made a successful
    exhibition for Henry in Stuttgart.]

    "I refused communication with Henry!
    When Henry was in Stuttgart
I refused to give him any attention or honors, intentionally,
to show Henry that I do not agree with his out-ethics
and to show Koos that it is my viewpoint:
'to give an out-ethics person attention is out-ethics'.

    "I did not differentiate.

"I did not look at what Koos was doing,
how Koos was very well differentiating what Henry was doing.

"Koos really validated Henry when he was theta, [really alive],
and invalidated - refused to validate - his aberrations.

"I refused to be responsible for Henry.

    "Koos was responsible for Henry.

"A Service Fac [fixed solution] of mine:
'If I have to be responsible for someone's out-ethics,
[then] that distracts me from doing my job.
So I will have nothing to do with it!'

    "Similar Service Fac:
'I do my job! I do not let myself be disturbed
by others who don't do their job!'

"That's what I wanted to tell Koos all the time.

    "This was a make-wrong
to cover-up my unwillingness to be responsible for others.

"I tried to impress on Koos that 'he did something very wrong
and non-survival': He tried to handle others' out-ethics!

"HE didn't just withdraw - as I did.

" 'Koos let himself be distracted by others' out-ethics,
that he had fights with others because of that,
and that it was his case
to let himself be distracted by others' out-ethics
where it really didn't concern him to handle it!'

    "That's what I said:
'It doesn't concern me to handle others' out-ethics!
    I do MY job!'

"As if the two things have nothing to do with each other.

"You know how far I came with it!" [see first session on that]
