2: Create the precedent of giving governors virtual dictatorial rule
under the guise of any kind of "statewide disaster emergency". It could
come under the excuse of climate change or a mass shooting down the
road, once the precedent has been set with "covid".
Already done in Texas. The dumbfuck cripple Abbott claims vaccines are harmless and that COVID is a problem. Same shit from DeSantis too.
