A sound of a window breaking! You climb out of bed, grab a gun, and
race down to the living room. There is a guy filling a bag with your
most prized possessions -- the treasures of a lifetime. He looks up
and says "I'm not here to hurt anyone. Almost through filling my bag
with everything of value. I'll be leaving soon." What to do?
