• An American apocalypse – why people of all classes, races are fille

A year from November Americans will have an opportunity to alter their
fate. If we fail to take advantage of that opportunity whatever fate
that awaits us will be well deserved.

I agree, the democrats deserve to suffer for what they have done to
this country. The black people will suffer the most, but they are not intelligent enough to see what's happening. It's just a shame that
people that really care about this country have to suffer also.

The destruction of this country began with the passage of The
immigration act of 1965, and has continued each time a democrat became president. I will have to say that George W. Bush and his father were
no better than the democrat presidents.

Ted Kennedy had this to say about The Immigration act of 1965:

"The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants,” lead supporter
Sen. Edward “Ted” Kennedy (D-Mass.) told the Senate during debate. “It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the
standards of admission. It will not cause American workers to lose
    their jobs.”

Just like all democrats he was lying to get what he wanted.

There is no doubt about it.

Before the Hispanics flooded this country, all the laborers were black
and white. All the roofing today is done by Hispanics. The reason is
they will work cheaper with no benefits. The contractors are just
    greedy.

Several years ago I read about a plant in Mississippi that makes
transformers. The company gradually replaced the black and white
workers with Hispanics. It's all about the greedy owners of the
companies. The Hispanics are not better workers, they are just cheaper.

The destruction of this country began with the passage of The
immigration act of 1965, and has continued each time a democrat
became president. I will have to say that George W. Bush and his
father were no better than the democrat presidents.

Ted Kennedy had this to say about The Immigration act of 1965:

"The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants,” lead
supporter Sen. Edward “Ted” Kennedy (D-Mass.) told the Senate
during debate. “It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society.
It will not relax the standards of admission. It will not cause
American workers to lose their jobs.”

    https://www.history.com/news/immigration-act-1965-changes

"the act—also known as the Hart-Celler Act after its sponsors,
Sen. Philip Hart (D-Mich.) and Rep. Emanuel Celler (D-N.Y.)—put
an end to long-standing national-origin quotas that favored those
from northern and western Europe and led to a significant
    immigration demographic shift in America."

Do you have a problem with treating people who come from outside
of northern and western Europe on an equal basis?

Yes I have a problem with it. When immigrants are allowed to come
to this country, they should have the same religious and moral
values of the population of this country. Immigrants from
majority Muslim countries should not be allowed to come here.

What about all the other non-WASPs?

Now you tell me, did Ted Kennedy lie when he said The Immigration
act of 1965 will not upset the ethnic mix of our society, and cause
American citizens to lose their jobs?

I can't say whether he knowingly lied, but he should have known the
    ethnic mix would change.

Regardless of who did or did not lie, knowingly or otherwise, can we
agree that a flood of Hispanic immigration has cost our Black citizens
many jobs? Without those jobs, crime and fatherless households in the
    Black community inevitably rises.

There is no doubt about it.

Before the Hispanics flooded this country, all the laborers were black
and white. All the roofing today is done by Hispanics. The reason is
they will work cheaper with no benefits. The contractors are just
    greedy.

Partly true, but those Hispanics have a quality that I think you are overlooking. They are self selected to come here, work, and improve
their lives. Many of them endure incredible risks and hardships to
achieve the goal of a better life. Can't blame them for that. Wouldn't
you do the same? I would. Problem is we (as a country) have a duty to
our existing population -- particularly the descendants of slaves --
workers who were brought here against their will.

Several years ago I read about a plant in Mississippi that makes >transformers. The company gradually replaced the black and white
workers with Hispanics. It's all about the greedy owners of the
companies. The Hispanics are not better workers, they are just cheaper.

Free enterprise. The bank I worked for divided its operations into
business units. A business unit that didn't make money got eliminated
and its workers laid off. Greed, or just logic? A roofer or gardener
that refuses to hire the best and cheapest labor is out of business.
The solution is making those Hispanics stay home -- something Trump
was succeeding at until Biden came along.

You said you were not competent to say what the level of immigration
should be. You didn't not answer his question.

I don't have the requisite knowledge to answer his question.

Are you competent enough to say the border should remain open as it is
    now?

Wanna-be refugees streaming in does not constitute an open border. That
being said, of course we should adjudicate those refugee applications in
a more timely manner while the applicants wait in humane conditions.

immaterial. The Hispanics are as a whole not very bright or well
educated, but they come here motivated to work in occupations
such as agriculture, construction, food preparation, and other
forms of labor that our Black population would find attractive,
and would otherwise fill. Can you dispute that?

What a racist piece of trash that paragraph is.

Does the flood of Hispanics coming into this country fill jobs that
would otherwise go to many of our Black citizens YES or NO???

Asked and answered ("I am not competent ...")

You said you were not competent to say what the level of immigration
should be. You didn't not answer his question.

Are you competent enough to say the border should remain open as it is
    now?

Racist or reality? It is reality that humanity evolved in different
parts of the world under very different conditions. Einstein gave us Relativity and his fellow Jews 20% of Nobel prizes. Africans (and
those of African descent) time and again demonstrate dominance in
many Olympic events. Whether your politics allows you to admit it
or not those Nobel Prizes and Olympic medals are a product of hard
work and just as importantly, an evolution that formed our bodies
    and brains.

The destruction of this country began with the passage of
The immigration act of 1965, and has continued each time a
democrat became president. I will have to say that George
    W. Bush and his father were no better than the democrat
    presidents.

Ted Kennedy had this to say about The Immigration act of
    1965:

"The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants,” lead
supporter Sen. Edward “Ted” Kennedy (D-Mass.) told the
Senate during debate. “It will not upset the ethnic mix of
our society. It will not relax the standards of admission.
It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs.”

    https://www.history.com/news/immigration-act-1965-changes

"the act—also known as the Hart-Celler Act after its
sponsors, Sen. Philip Hart (D-Mich.) and Rep. Emanuel Celler
    (D-N.Y.)—put an end to long-standing national-origin quotas
that favored those from northern and western Europe and led
to a significant immigration demographic shift in America."

Do you have a problem with treating people who come from
outside of northern and western Europe on an equal basis?

Yes I have a problem with it. When immigrants are allowed to
come to this country, they should have the same religious and
moral values of the population of this country. Immigrants
from majority Muslim countries should not be allowed to come
    here.

What about all the other non-WASPs?

Now you tell me, did Ted Kennedy lie when he said The
Immigration act of 1965 will not upset the ethnic mix of our
society, and cause American citizens to lose their jobs?

I can't say whether he knowingly lied, but he should have
known the ethnic mix would change.

Regardless of who did or did not lie, knowingly or otherwise,
can we agree that a flood of Hispanic immigration has cost our
    Black citizens many jobs?

I am not competent to pass judgment on what the correct level of
immigration should be. But, I am competent to say the ethnicity
    of the immigrants is immaterial.

Wrong, at least insofar as you might find the Hispanic ethnicity

Did a little research on the subject and discovered a couple of
interesting facts. A majority of Latino immigrant citizens vote
Democrat, but they are significantly less Democrat inclined than our
own Black population, and they are really turned off by promises of
socialism. This is particularly true of Cuban refugees. They
apparently have experience with socialist promises back home and know
how well it doesn't work. (-8

Something I stumbled across that might aid your incompetence ...

"85 Percent of Black Americans Want Less Immigration"
"African Americans are the Racial Group Most Opposed to Immigration" https://nationaleconomicseditorial.com/2018/01/27/black-americans-racial-group-opposed-immigration-85-percent-want-less-immigration/

The piece also shows a Black man holding a sign that reads ...
"American Jobs For American Workers" https://i2.wp.com/nationaleconomicseditorial.com/wp-content/uploads/illegals-min-e1540269129814.jpg?resize=569%2C375&ssl=1

    And ...
"The Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, a black think
tank, said that nearly half of the respondents in its survey felt
illegal immigration was a major problem and more than half said the
country could not afford more illegal immigrants. Also, more than half
of those surveyed said that illegal immigration had led to the loss of
    too many lower-paying jobs." https://www.judicialwatch.org/corruption-chronicles/blacks-oppose-illegal-immigration/
