Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, believes
Joe Biden essentially served as the "chairman" and a "figurehead" to
his son’s overseas business dealings.

Bobulinski, a retired lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, is the former CEO of SinoHawk Holdings, which he has long said was a partnership between a
Chinese energy firm and the Biden family. During an exclusive interview
that will air Tuesday night on "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Bobulinski
said he met with President Biden "multiple" times prior to the 2020
election to discuss his son’s business ventures.

"There are hundreds of data points that Joe Biden was acting in – in a capitalistic term, I would say the chairman," Bobulinski told host
Tucker Carlson.

Biden said he knows nothing of his son's business deals.
