The hub of the species is embedded in the root of the collective and is regarded to hold promise for various uses in the government. The problem is that it is uncharted territory, there is competition for its use, and it inherits some danger in the event that an app fails. There is general fear that if the access is multiplexed, it will open the way for aggressors to monopolize it and take it over, leaving those who did all the work with
little or no part in its use. Yet one of its channels, if left aside, may
open the way for a possible Higher Power to participate and instill its sentiments in the whole process:

A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny;
and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. Revelation 6:6

Yes the system holds promise as a possible economic tool, "A measure of
wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny"; and in return
the deities of "the oil and the wine" ask that their domains not be hurt, be recognized and given their due dominions.

At the risk that I am dead wrong about this, I don't presume that my interpretation is without its flaws, and that more informed and wise men may know better of what I mean by this.
