    Associated with every 0 or 1 bit is a third 0 and 1 bit, which speeds up computing time enough to crack any encryption based on the old 0 or 1 bit
    only systems.

    They call them Quantum Computers, and the bad guys have them ahead of
    schedule. They make mincemeat out of decades of effort to perfect
    encryption schemes to be uncrackable, but now all of their efforts are laid
    to waste.

    Encryptions are used for security in transmitting and receiving information
    so that eavesdroppers can't decode them by cracking the key. They are so advanced that it would take a million years to crack the code. However with Quantum Microprocessors the million years can be reduced to a week of computing.
