• not a draft dodger

From Jon G.@21:1/5 to All on Tue Feb 26 21:09:09 2019
Back in the days, I wasn't going to sign up for Selective Service. It was just a Quaker thing. But then I received pressure from my grandfather about it. He was Presbyterian. He wanted me to sign up. Finally I did and probably saved myself a lot of
grief, like going to jail and being heckled as a draft dodger. A draft wasn't necessary back then so I didn't receive a weapon and shoot anyone. But today I'd gladly accept a weapon and shoot the hell out of my adversary.
