A clock is a mechanism developed over centuries to tell time, and as time
has gone on clocks have grown more and more precise and accurate. The same
is true about the Heavenly Father. God is in a continual state of
evolution, the same way that life has evolved on Earth over billions of
years. That life may go back hundreds of billions of years because it may
have arrived here on a comet from a previous cycle of the universe.
