We recently designed and printed a very successful fundraiser for a few Universities in the NorthEast and I wanted to share the idea since it may be helpful to some of you.
The basic concept of a donation letter to Alumni produces minimal results, normally. We decided to "give something in return". The top 1/3 or the letter
was the "letter portion" that tears off for return to the university with the donation. The rest of the page is a printed sheet of return address labels with the univ. logo/crest and we dropped in the names and addresses of the alumni into each one. The success rate for the first university was 832% over
previous year responses! The design does not require any special die charges because we already have done all of the work.
Obviously this does not apply to only schools. One of the services we offer is
"cleaning up your mailing list" to ensure that you don't waste any postage to undeliverable addresses and that you get the best barcode postage rates available from USPS.
Feel free to email me if you have any questions about the idea. Good Luck in your fundraising efforts!!!

Hi Joanne! What company did you use to print the labels?
