A. Who are The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Associates insulted by one of the most Racist Country in the world under Tory/Conservative Government?
1. In the world today, The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Associates are the best experts in Human Rights, Resettlement of Refugees and elimination of Anti-Multi-Religion/Culturalism/Ethnicity Campaign, Enforcement and Compliance to the
extent that The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume led other international experts to designate those that engage in racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia, religion/ Culturalism/Ethnicity as having mental health and/or neurotic illnesses.
These people that are mentally ill include but unlimited to ISIS, Bush, Obama, white supremacists, KKK, Al Qaeda, Taliban, Boko Haram, etc.
2. The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Associates (including Neuroscientists) researched and investigated various strands of Neuro-sciences or Neural Science to design project, program, and cure for these victims but the most racist
countries (USA, Canada, Norway, Australia, etc) monetized lobby, bribery and corruption to make sure that any activists in their countries that use the words : racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia, anti-religion/ Culturalism/Ethnicity are designated
as mental health patients but under the worst ruse these racist countries set fake human rights commission in each states and provinces to deceive the UN and international community that they are campaigning against this intolerance.
3. These projects and programs were not funded and these demonic countries have imposed harsh sanction on activists in their countries to make sure that they will not get jobs, money to fund the projects and programs and also engage in self-employment,
render them homeless to seize their children, designate them as mental patients, terrorists and put them in mental hospital

to addict them with medications that will create mental health condition, etc
4. Doctors or physicians in their hospitals are advised to write reports that will lead to the arrested and sent human rights activists to mental home and others to maximum prison in the most racist states and provinces in their countries including

5. Under-conspiracy, Prof. (Dr.) Bunkheti Kifindi was re-addicted with other dangerous medications in Canada mental institution and added to the individual sanction access to right to job, seizure of his only two children, lack of shelter, other
assistance were sanctioned and increased conditions that would brew more anger which they designate at will as mental illness. Other parents, kids, First Nations, immigrant and refugees are put under these cruel conditions in NS, Winnipeg, First Nation
band, Quebec, etc. and were forced into death, join ISIS and other terrorist groups, marriage divorce, etc.
B. Why Human Rights, Resettlement of Refugees and Anti-Multi-Religion/Culturalism/ Ethnicity Campaign, Enforcement and Compliance are impossible in Nova Scotia, Winnipeg, First Nation community, Quebec, etc.
6. Government of Canada under Tory/Conservative Party have placed strain on Human Rights campaign, Resettlement of Refugees and Anti-Multi-Religion/Culturalism/ Ethnicity Campaign, Enforcement and Compliance by designating activists that use the words:
racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia, anti-religion/ Culturalism/Ethnicity, mental persons and command the doctors and physicians to write fake reports that will place them fully under their deadly mental institutions or hospitals (see the condition
of our member: Prof. Kifindi Bunkheti.).
C. What happened in The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Family in Canada and the USA
7. The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Family are convention and political refugees and former prisoner of conscience adopted by the United Nations High Commission for Refugees and Amnesty International (International Secretariat, London,
UK) in December 1996. Since December 1996 the persecutions that led to the application for refugee status have not reduced but continued to increase year after year.
8. The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume has not been sick since he was born on February 15, 1955. What brought him to hospital the first in Canada and the USA is that in the USA and Canada

the government of America have been targeting his computer and pump deadly gas on him which made him to vomit intensively and in the USA and Canada he was rush to emergency department of these hospitals several times.
9. In Canada in March 1999 The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Family bought the home in suburban town called Bedford (8 Edwin Ford Court Bedford Nova Scotia B3M 4B6).
10. In 2002 soon as they inaugurated the presidential campaign to be the president of Nigeria on December 17, 2003 the governments of Canada and the USA conspired to seize their home, goods, properties and cash valued over $11million. CIBC and Scotia
Banks closed all their bank accounts and they lobbied other banks not to open bank account for them (The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Family) to make banking and related transaction difficult for them.
11. Under excellent mortgage, in 2003 they proposed to pay off-the remaining amortization period and CIBC was angry and cancel their excellent mortgage performance and moved to seize their home and on December 17, 2003 as the case was pending at NS
Court of Appeals and The Supreme Court of Canada all of which were pending before terrible racist judges up and below ,particularly NS Court of Appeals adjourned to February 2014, on December 17, 2003 CIBC moved unlawfully to seized their home, goods,
properties and cash valued over $11million. etc.
12. On January 11, 2016 the government of the USA and its agencies pumped same deadly gas on The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume via his computer and he went to the Halifax Emergency Hospital at the adult ward and the doctor there said he
was directed by the medical director of the emergency ward to change the procedure which another doctor used which helped him to de-intoxicate the deadly gas and The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume refused and opposed the procedure and other
suggestions this doctor and another Asian doctor suggested and suspected to be working to kill him under the directions of the USA because in the USA some civil rights doctors told him that the procedure will create high blood pressure and lever failure.
13. When The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume refused the procedures stated in paragraph 12 above, these doctors were angry and started to telephone several unknown people including Prof. Ofume's wife , children, department of children and
families, police, etc. Prof. Ofume thought these doctors were insane because they don't have the rights to force a patient to accept procedure which is not good for him/her.
14. On January 14, 2016 several police officers and social worker came to the apartment of The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Family to look for Dr. & Mrs. Ofume but they met only the elder son at home and they angrily told the child that
his mother and father are mentally ill and that they will be coming to take them and that they are threat to him (child) and other children in their home. Because this child has experienced the abuses of these people on other innocents children, he was
distressed and in great panic.
15. This child told other children and his parents and the children continued to cry all the day and blamed

their father for not being fast to prepare their travel document to leave Canada immediately because the Tory Canada is doing what the USA did to them for over 8 years but Dr. & Mrs. Ofume have been advising them that the government of The Right Hon.
Prime Minister Hon. Justin Trudeau will change everything and make them happy inside and outside the school and community. Dr. & Mrs. Ofume have applied for his and their Travel Documents and sent by registered mail but the agents of the USA in the
Canada passport office removed Dr. Ofume's application and destroyed it. Same in the USA how is it possible for them to travel without their father?
D. Bullying and Harassment on January 18, 2016 in The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Family's apartment because this family is member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Department of children and Family Thinks that
it will make monetized and other Profits out of them: Quiet, talented, smart, gifted, brilliant respect others, does not drink alcohol, smoke, use dangerous drugs, use curse language, etc.
16. Very shocking, on January 18, 2016 without prior appointment and notice after they came and met the family's elder son, the agents and police officers mentioned above came to The Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip Chukwuma Ofume & Family's apartment and
banged the door hard that other tenants in the other apartments opened their doors to see what was happening.
17. When the elder son of Prof. (Dr.) & Mrs. Ofume opened the door immediately because his parents were on long distance phone from the office of the CRA (see Ms. Lynda Crumb of the Appeal Division CRA Tel. 705-671-8476 -Jan. 18, 2016), without showing
any search warrant from the Judge of the Supreme Court of NS and medical doctor's examination, the police officers, and the so-called clinicians from the Halifax Emergency Hospital bullied and harassed their family and the presence of two children they
said to Dr. & Mrs. Ofume who gave them chair to seat down, " you are mental health patients and your children are in danger". They asked, " where are your children because we want to remove them to save place now".
18. Prof. (Dr.) & Mrs. Ofume told them that their children are in schools and that they have not closed. Same as they did in Holyoke, MA the police and here in Canada the two women that called themselves clinicians started forcing Dr. & Mrs. Ofume to
give them the names of their children's schools and classes and they ask them to show consent signed by them to give them the power to go to the schools of their children to take them and, also without order of the Judge of the Supreme Court of NS.
These people did not get order and consent to show.
19. Prof. (Dr.) & Mrs. Ofume asked them who told them that we have mental issue, they said the "doctors at Halifax Emergency Hospital released your medical information" but Ofumes have not consulted the doctor and met with them in person to
complain about mental health sickness or related issue.

E. Plot of the USA, Halifax Regional Police, and Hon. Ministers of the Department of Community Services to seize the children of Prof. (Dr.) & Mrs. Ofume & destroy the entire family and human rights work in NS.
20. In Nigeria Prof. (Dr.) & Mrs. Ofume were successful academic and professional and business people and multi-millionaires but everything wealth wise earned in Nigeria were stolen in Canada on December 17, 2003.
21. On September 29, 2005 Prof. (Dr.) & Mrs. Ofume and entire family travelled to the USA to stay for less than one month and come back to Canada but they were detained in the USA for over 8 years without any crime committed inside and outside the USA.
22. Smallest law courts to The Supreme Court of the USA they fought to get travel documents to return to Canada by the Tory government refused to intervene but after 8 years ex-Rt. Hon. Prime Minister Hon. Stephen Harper told them to return to Canada
without travel documents and they returned on November 1, 2013.
23. Effective November 2013 Prof. (Dr.) & Mrs. Ofume and entire family started looking for jobs and sent several job applications and all employers were controlled by the agents of the USA and refused to give them jobs.
24. In 2014 and 2015 they started a strong efforts to float a self-employment and incorporated and registered two companies and pushed to purchase franchise (The Great Canadian Dollar Store, Inc.; Inter-Continental Stores, Inc. and The Great American
Dollar Store.) but all the banks that supported the purchase of the franchise were bullied and harassed by the USA to drop out.
25. In March 2015 Hon. Ministers of the Department of Community Services abruptly stopped their rental and other social assistance to force them to go homeless as path to seize their highly smart, brilliant, talented and gifted children.
26. What shocked this evil woman called Hon. Ministers of the Department of Community Services is that March 2015 through January 2016 (Dr.) & Mrs. Ofume and entire family have been paying their rent and maintaining their family and not been given
eviction notice to quit their apartment even when they lobby their highly wicked landlord to increase their monthly rent from $1,200.00 to $1,300.00 excluding expensive utilities.
27.. In February 2015 the President of the United State, Barack Obama and his agencies paid the Halifax Regional Police, and Hon. Ministers of the Department of Community Services to disorganize our Human Rights work in Canada and our family but
sanctioning all our efforts including self-employment and on November 12, 2015 police sent a thief to steal one item (xbox $450.00) and for over one month the police refused to arrest and use search warrant to retrieve the item we placed for sale to
enable use pay our rent and take care of our household.
28. Up to present time no action has been taken by the police to recover this expensive item from this thief.
29. Same thing they did to us in the USA by rendering us homeless and put our family in other dangers

including our children were seized and we fought court battle for five days before the Judge of the Holyoke Juvenile Court, MA where they placed them in scattered foster care places ordered the return all their children to them.
30. Here in Canada we have several academic and professional qualifications and experiences that will change the poverty in Canada and we have sent several expert job applications to the Liberal Majority Government but no single reply to acknowledge
receipt of all our application.
31. To show who we are, only 3 days of our first step into this nation called Canada, the Government of Canada and the Government of Nova Scotia moderated by an agent or Blackman of the Department of Education and Culture and advertized executive
academic and professional expert job position worth $200,000.00. This a research contract to assess and evaluate the NEEDS & BARRIERS OF IMMIGRANTS in Canada. Prof. (Dr.) Prof. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume told some people and refugees in NS that he wants to
apply, they broke into laugh because they think that all jobs like this, is made for the whites and people that have been in Canada for 20 or more years. Prof. Ofume ignored them and designed his own Resume and CV and Cover Letter and submitted. Dr.
Ofume was shortlisted for the competitive interview. After the interview he flushed out all the professors, lecturers, lawyers, and other Canadian corporate executives. Under Canadian white/white sense, they think that a Blackman cannot get such job
and they petitioned the interview jury and the scores and other papers were forwarded to arbitration of the Human Recourses Canada for review. After the review, Dr. Ofume held on to the first position. Time to time, the review of the lack of
cooperation by the Department of Education and culture, through one year, we feel like leaving Canada today.
