    Global Swift Strategic Experts Task: War, Conflict & Process Outsourcing (WCPO) remedy to end domestic and intl wars, conflict & loss of life & property. World is in absolute disarray because leaders of govts and system have forced families and relations
    have reached doom stage of selling their children and relations to buy food and other elements of nature of means of livelihood. All leaders and governments are focused on how to stay or remain in power forever by serving grantors and not citizens;

    because we want an end to national and international wars and conflicts to throw other experts in disarray and put them exactly in vulnerable level where they belong in the economic, social, political, religion, cultural, and civil development of the
    world because they are as vulnerable as new born chickens.

    UN, NATO, EU, AU, Asia, etc slam austerity on sustainable and other projects and programs of the world bank, imf, undp, etc. The logical and rational question is why should world and national banks, Outsource projects and programs monies be given without
    merit and direct attention toward bribery and corruption and as detected by US, EU, NATO, AU, Asia, etc ( bribery and corruption defined as we did: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/soc.org.nonprofit/Q8maW0mOP4).

    Marginally, poverty, wars and conflicts continue to jump beyond control with massive devastation dangerous loss of life and property.
