    The educational policies and practices based on the expectancy of the emerging strategic curricula standards in Nigeria and Africa in general are too low in standards per course strength and not export and workforce base, therefore cannot breed
    strategic project and programs to elevate the society and income per capita of the people and environment spaciously worked up and down across the physical contents of micro/macro-economics of scale and must be REJECTED and DENIED.



    This the sole reason in the Political Manifesto of Prof. Phillip Chukwuma Ofume , he created a direct collaboration between Education and Industry to build a union that will energize scholars in training to put entrepreneurship Nigeria and Nigerians
    into massive export terrain and manufacturing circuits never seen on earth in state-people system.



    Prof. Ofume scored all ministers of education from British Colonial Administration to Nigerian government less than 7.3% because they were appointed without iota of the skill to do the intended job in jumping the standards of education via export and
    workforce content in Nigerian to create physical vocational export and employment demanding educational system.


    Nigeria and Africa have the money but looted and shipped oversea to elevate the economic strength of the western nations and USA. Western nations and US are busy fighting wars and creating more conflict to create rehabilitation and reconstruction
    situations to give jobs to their people instead of creating physical vocational education to but export society like China and other Asia nations.



    The professors, lecturers and instructors in Nigeria and Africa and western nation including north America are not trained to teach at tertiary institutions as recommended by the Endowed Prof. (Dr.) Phillip C. Ofume & Associates because Ph.D., MA/M.Sc./
    BA/B.Sc. are not teachers' training courses to teach at any standing levels and they are not qualified to teach at tertiary and other levels and they restarted grammar school standards.



    Education in Nigeria and Africa must be refocused to create a new role game in economic development via activity education to create practical educational innovation in the Nigeria to use the export and workforce to build busy society, monetized
    suburban community for all and better life across the fabric of the residents.
