55. Agriculture, Forestation, Remediation, Roads and other Infra-structures: All oil/gas companies must complete all the clean up of the damaged land, water and air in Biafra (SS &SE). Government of Biafra (SS & SE) will be in-charge of all the
clean up areas including pipelines and other facilities touched by the civil liberty fighters on air, water and land and engineers must accompany the communities to inspect the affected agricultural communities to supervise the clean-up and touched
areas to see whether they are good for industrial and subsistence agriculture before oil/gas exploration can start. All the companies that caused the damage of Biafra land, water and air must clean the areas before they can negotiate for any oil/gas
exploration in Biafra (SS &SE). 100 % of the old and new roads must be made express tars, asp hates, coal tar, asphalt, etc will emerge in several places under government projects and programs and massive planting of trees will follow because Biafra *SS &
SE) will plant and produce.
56. Building of Massive Research and Investigation into high tech export industries - industrial agriculture, iron & steel for made in Biafra (SS & SE) export automobile industries to serve the entire world. Economic Nuclear progress and development must
start immediately in the 100 days of the government of Biafra.
