    SELECT-LEADERS OF BIAFRA (SS & SE) CORDIALLY INVITED TO MEETING TO SET-DOWN DATE OF THE REFERENDUM IN BIAFRA (SE & SS) 2017


    Effective Tuesday Oct. 25, 2016 Radio Biafra and several others will receive letter of invitation designed by Biafra/Biafrans (SE & SS) to attend the meeting to set down affirmative date for the Biafra Referendum 2017.


    We (Biafra - SS & SE) are going to use force on the government of Nigeria and over 230 countries and UN are put on alert on the move of Effective Tuesday Oct. 26, 2016.


    AVENGERS (ALL); GEN. EKPEMUPOLO, RADIO BIAFRA; GEN. TOKUBO ASARI, IPOB; BIAFRAN WOMEN MOVEMNENT (SE & SS); MOSSAB; OHANEZE NDI IGBO; and several others will receive letter of the meeting to set down date for the Biafra Referendum 2017.



    As made whether you attend or not the meeting under emergency date and time will move to set-down date for REFERENDUM IN BIAFRA (SS & SE). All members must attend.



    We (Biafra - SS & SE) are going to use force on the government of Nigeria if they and any members of Biafra that oppose the will of Biafra (SE & SS).


    We are very sorry that some of you did not attend previous meetings where certain things were discussed and adopted for urgent action because our intended President Nnamdi Kanu and others cannot continue to remain in prison forever because they did
    nothing worthy of this punitive long stay in extra-judicial detention and prison of


    , reason that they did what (human rights campaign ) are allowed by the laws of Nigeria and United Nations.



    Our people (Biafra) think that they (Buhari and Osinbajo) are detained by Buhari and Osinbajo without knowledge of the principal authors( Presidents Barack Obama/Bush, The Hon. Rt. PM of Canada Hon. Justin Trudeau, on-going& ex- Pms of UK, Theresa Mary
    & David Cameron, President of France Hon. Francois Hollande, President of Italy Hon. Sergio Mattarella, etc.) of their detention and disobedient of all court orders and other order.



    President MUHD Buhari and Vice-President Osinbajo are messengers and have no single say in the detention and imprisonment of the intended first President of Biafra (SE & SS) and several others. The Avengers must focus on these nations and leaders and all
    their interest in Biafra (SS & SE) immediately.



    These nations and leaders are criminals and they will suffer death and other penalties for lying to God and Man. They are on phone and other communications with Buhari and some other leaders of Biafrans (Elders and others) to deceive them to stay out of

    4. To get to any level inside and outside the armed forces across Biafra (SE & SS) there will be no nepotism, bribery and corruption, lobbying, etc.

    POLICE, CUSTOM & EXCISE, DEPARTMENTS , ETC.

    5. Best Police, Custom & Excise Departments , etc. with dignity and astute services across Biafra with heavy and attractive salaries and bribery and corruption will be 0% because of these attractive service incentives.

    11. Biafra (SE & SS) will be the best in the world with over 98% jump in standards and innovation in practical export and work centered education.


    12. Because Biafra (SS & SE) will have a lots of money to expend in education at these levels, therefore, K, Primary, Junior/Senior Secondary, and First Degree will be FREE and from primary to first degree will be research, investigative, innovative,
    export, work, etc base education with teacher training colleges from K to tertiary level to enable Biafra (SS &SE) have better teachers to teach students from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

    HEALTHCARE & WELLNESS

    13. There will be two medicines in Biafra (SS & SE): Traditional Medicine and Orthodox Medicine and widely separated.

    14. In both medicines they will be strong research and investigative institutes to focus on deadly cures of deadly illnesses (AIDS, CANCER, HIV, EBOLA, ETC).

    15. There will be Traditional Hospital and Orthodox Hospital and widely separated.


    16. Several parts of the Biafran (SS & SE) Healthcare and Wellness will be majorly free and some subsidized for the rich citizens of Biafra (SE &SS) and some subsidies will be based on income cap (lower, medium and upper class).

    17. Major Agricultural and Rural Development will be strategically mechanized and massively funded to enable Biafra (SS & SE) have strong export in agricultural produces across the world.
