    1. Expert say sorry to this speaker/writer talking about about extensive issues as General/President Mohd Buhari now and before as combined IDs.
    In social and other sciences you can talk about negotiation, mediation, peace/reconciliation, etc if there were elements
    of change by content under which one or several peoples and animals maybe subjected to change under probability and possibility.


    2. Very simple that in the case of Buhari, there are Buhari now and before and one thing is difficult to alter and change.
    That are Buhari, Obama, Cameron, May, UK, Italy, France, oil/gas companies, etc now and before. Why should this person
    and condition failed to know about things that cannot change because of conditions of change.


    3. Before Buhari was a military and now civilian leaders. Now and before after he suffered heavy casualties as result of the deceits of
    Israel and UK to kidnap late Hon. Umaru Dikko and taken captive and imprisoned at the rate of over100% and controlled at the rate of over
    100%, this a different Buhari and this person or Buhari lost his consciousness and related active sense.

    4. Buhari and Osinbajo are worst than worst idiot, they must follow what Obama, Cameron, May, UK, Italy, France, oil/gas companies, etc. request them to do
    on daily basis to stay outside the prison walls.

    5. Almost all Nigerians can not talk about the kidnapping of Umura Dikko and incarceration of Buhari now and before. Why
    should Nigerians (Federal Senate, Federal Representatives and others) allow Buhari to become the President of Nigeria when he is
    first class ex-convict on terrorism/terrorist charges and convictions in an international courts in UK?


    6. They (Obama, Cameron, May, UK, Italy, France, oil/gas companies, etc.) gave him all the secret locks of past cases and ordered Buhari and
    Osinbajo now and before to open these cases and give them in papers format without names and signatures to Tinubu, Atiku, Obj, Jonathan,
    Minister of Petroleum, Finance, etc under Jonathan and others and told them never to talk about joining Buhari to form APC coalition government
    in Nigeria and oversea because all the politicians in Nigeria have one or several cases inside and outside Nigeria. Buhari should make himself
    the Minister of Petroleum to enable them control and take home over $80million/day.

    7. They (Obama, Cameron, May, UK, Italy, France, oil/gas companies, etc.) gave him power as if he has power under national and UN international
    laws they told the:

    7.a. They ordered Buhari and Osinbajo as if they have power under national and UN international laws: never allow Biafra (SS & SE)
    leave Nigeria or allow Referendum in Biafra in nature to make him a fool in his ranting words but they should try to divide and rule
    Nigerians and further to divide and rule Nigeria.

    7.b. As he started to divide and rule Nigeria, Niger Delta (ND) Avengers and other civil liberty fighters moved in and started destroying
    oil/gas wells, stations and this touched hard on the brains of Buhari, Obama, Osinbajo, Cameron, May, UK, Italy, France, oil/gas companies, etc.


    7.c. They recalled Buhari, DSS, Army, Police, etc into the fight in ND but experts in Biafra (SE & SS) told all the fighters to move
    swiftly and reduce all oil/gas system in ND to dust immediately and called several meetings and made another DECLARATION in Canada in
    USA & Belgium and declared the Republic of New Biafra (SS &SS) and called the Bakassi Peninsula and several other hidden
    fighters to join the fights without connection and disclosures of their IDs.


    7.d. These unification politics and politics of unification (New Biafra - SE & SS) were hard on them and they deceived elders like Clark,
    Jonathan, Buhari,Osinbajo, Obis, Emirs, Queens, some Hausa/Fulani, etc and gave them several billions of dollars to divide and rule the Niger Delta (ND)
    Avengers and other civil liberty fighters to seize-fire in July/August 2016 with some military oppositions.

    7.e. These monies were loaded in several currencies, boxed and were loaded and sent oversea in several nations to hide (reserved) with diplomatic passage
    papers and air crafts and safely landed to destinations.


    7.f. The measures in sub-paragraph 7.d. was used as a delay tactics to divide and rule some of the fighters in ND to enable Buhari move military into
    ND but experts in Biafra (SS & SE) advised the fighters not to reduce their momentum and be very aggressive.

    7.g. Biafra (SS & SE) is where she is now and before and the straw poll for the REFERENDUM is very successful and after the next meeting Biafra (SS & SE)
    will mark up date for the final vote to actualize Biafra (SE &SS). Over 96% of Biafrans ( SS & SE) agreed that Comrade Nnamdi Kanu will be the President
    and The Endowed Prof.(Dr.) Phillip C. Ofume will be the Vice-President of Biafra (SE & SS).

    7.h. Members of Radio Biafra; IPOD; Ohaneze Indigbo; The Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (Massob); United Nations High Commission of Human Rights; International Committee for the Endowment of Political Theories; members
    of the The Endowed Prof.(Dr.) Phillip C. Ofume & Associates; Bakassi Peninsula freedom fighters; Movement for the Emancipation of Biafra; Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta Region; etc. agreed that these two men be their first President and
    Vice-Presidents.
