The appointment of The External Administrators of THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE COMMONWEALTH BANK OF THE UNITED REGION OF NEW BIAFRA (SOUTH EAST & SOUTH SOUTH). These External Administrators must be present and past Presidents, Prime Ministers and

We must further and further advice you to find your feet on the ground in NEW BIAFRA (SS & SE) immediately and join the Grass Root Mobilization which started since on December 5, 2016 because if you failed to vote between June 1, 2017 to July 2, 2017,
thereafter on July 4, 2017 you will have hard time to apply for the citizenship of the NEW BIAFRA (SE & SS) and you will lose your citizenship of the Federal Democratic Republic of Biafra (SE & SS).
