We must advice you to find your feet on the ground in NEW BIAFRA (SS & SE) and join the Grass Root Mobilization which started since on December 5, 2016
because if you failed to vote between June 1, 2017 to July 2, 2017, thereafter on July 4, 2017 you will have hard time to apply for the citizenship of the NEW
BIAFRA (SE & SS).
Same advice we gave to the brothers and sisters of the OLD BIAFRA (SS & SE) to stop street and other protests inside and outside
New Biafra (SS &SE) because these methods have been out-dated. This why our political science experts approved SECRET VOTING,
LONG GRASS ROOT MOBILIZATION, LONG VOTING PERIOD, etc to enable all New Biafrans (SE & SS) good time to vote inside and outside
New Biafra (SE & SS). All voting will be made on secured online system created by some of the best experts in the world.
We have decided to use national and international United Nations Laws to suppress chickens and dictators like Edwin
Clark, Goodluck Jonathan, Orji Kalu, Obama, Cameron, Theresa May, Tony Blair, Nigeria & Foreign oil/gas companies, Olusegun Obasanjo, Francois
Hollande, EU Parliament, Sergio Mattarellat, Muhd Buhari, etc. because the New United Nations has been advised to move immediately to reform the
laws and mandates of the UN International Criminal Court (2002); Rome Convention (1998); etc.
Under these national and international laws, we (New Biafra - SE & SS) gave Buhari, Osinbajo, purported SAN and ATTORNEY-GENERAL of Nigeria, Edwin

Francois Hollande, EU Parliament, Sergio Mattarellat, etc NOTICE OF THE REFERENDUM IN NEW BIAFRA (SS & SE) but they failed to use the
opportunity to OPPOSE and ALLOW.
Thereafter, we moved to extend time for the sake of PIOUS and TRUE DEMOCRACY but they failed to use the opportunities given to them and now
they have no iota of opportunities to oppose NEW BIAFRA on all the legal grounds on the REFERENDUM in NEW BIAFRA (SS & SE) and result of the
REFERENDUM on July 3, 2017 because ONLY the PEOPLE OF THE NEW BIAFRA (SE & SS) have rights to decide where they will be: REMAIN OR
LEAVE THE STATE OF NIGERIA.
All the small people listed in the attached electronic mail herewith including Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa have made up their mind because they have several secret private Jets to escape from the New Biafra (SS & SE) and Nigeria after the REFERENDUM RESULT has
been officially announced, declared and affirmed on July 3, 2017.
The informants pleaded that we should NOT publish this information but because of their jobs and family we decided to reserve ONLY the names they gave to us and reserve them forever.
Majority of the governors of Nigeria are criminals and fear the emergence of the NEW BIAFRA (SS & SE) because several of the presidents,governors, ministers, diplomats, etc will commit suicide after the successful REFERENDUM IN NEW BIAFRA (SE & SS)
because of the massive loots and flights they made during tenure of offices in Nigeria and Biafra (SS & SE).
