1.a. White woman that immigrated from the United Kingdom (called Ms, Fliss Cramman) of UK with bad record & several addiction cases ordered her removal by a Judge of Canadian Federal Court.

3. Effective 1997 I applied to the Hon. of Minister of CIC for the amendment of the error made on my Birth day in which CIC wrote February 15, 1950 instead of February 15, 1955. Same thing was done to my children by the USA leading to his lose of
education, detained, beaten, tortured and deported to Nigeria under my child’s status of STATELESSNESS and REFUGEE; thus in violation of Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, Arts 4, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, and 16 and Universal Declaration of Human Right (12/10/1948) Arts. 5 and 9 and UNHCR Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees (adopted 28 July 1951, entered into force 22 April 1954) 189 UNTS 137 (Refugee Convention) arts. 16, 25, 26, 36 and
Convention on the Rights of the Child 2,3, 5,6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 18, and 22;
4. I filed Complaint with Nova Scotia Supreme Court to use my past and original records in Switzerland, Togo, France, Nigeria and Canada between August 1974 and September 2005, the corrupt Ministers and Judges of USA and Canada refused to amend my date
of birth from February 15, 1950 to February 15, 1955.
5. I appealed my cases from the Nova Scotia Supreme Court to Nova Scotia Court of Appeals and wrote the CIC (Sydney, Nova Scotia) to amend my record of landing and Presidents Barack Hussein Obama and George Walker Bush moved to bribe the Director of CIC
and he failed to amend or correct my date of birth and wasted over one year without action taken to amend my record of landing to show February 15, 1955 as my correct date of birth.
6. Shocking that after two years and several petitions to the Prime Minister of Canada, Governor-General of Canada ( RT Hon. Justin Trudeau and H.E. RT. Hon. David John) I received letter from the Director of the CIC (Sydney, Nova Scotia) with apology
that his/her office is not in-charge of the correction of the error made on my record of landing and gave me a web-link which took me to:

8. Among these recipients, the following have an overwhelming power to order the Minister of CIC to correct my record of landing and issue our correct date of birth and issue our permanent resident card because our applications are correct and genuine
but they are not able to do something because we are Blacks but if we were Whites they would have acted less than one week.
9. In the dark why is that we were dancing when The President-Elect Donald Trump won the presidential-election and argued in the secret because there are strong opposition and President Trump will not evict Muslims, Arabs and others. We know that he
will not allow the illegal immigrants into the USA and he will not detain us for 8 years in the USA without tracing crimes to us.
10. We know that if President-Elect Trump was the President of the USA, he will not allow use to suffer harsh individual sanctions since June 1999 to present time.
11. Horribly, the sanctions we suffer now from June 1999 to present time in Togo, Canada and the USA are worst than the sanctions imposed on Iran, Taliban, Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, ISIS, Boko Haram, etc without committing any crimes inside and outside
Nigeria, Canada and the USA.
12. In Dec. 2013, I applied for the Permanent Resident in Canada for my Daughter born in the USA but Hon. John McCallum and his staff, the Prime Ministers Hon. Stephen Harper, Hon. Justin Trudeau have not issued these two documents because of
Presidents Obama and Bush. .
13. Director of the CIC Division of the IMM 5292 or IMM 5688 refused to amend my date of birth and send me the required long documents which are the landing papers of all Refugees landing in Canada as Refugees.
14. Premier of NS and the MPs in NS refused to act to request Hon. John McCallum to grant my two applications because of my race, nationality and colour.
15. On December 18, 2016 it appears the new beautiful day has come because since we arrived in Canada in April 1998, the Premier of NS has not sent us or our family any festive or festival greetings (including Christmas and New Year) but on December 16,
2016 the Premier of Nova Scotia The Honourable Stephen McNeil personally and officially sent us greetings Card with his personal signature on the card and we are very grateful and in union with him and his family and government but he must turn down the
Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission, Labour Standard Department, Labour Board, etc, because there are none in his province.
