During the Nazi era Germans had to complete Ahnenpaess (racial passports) to prove their Aryan blood for a variety of daily activities. For example
starting in 1936 people wanting to get married needed completed Ahnenpasses before the marriage could place.
Each person completed their own Ahnenpass and the information required went back into the 1800s. The form was sold at stationary stores for a few pfennigs.

The Netherlands had a central registry office which identified individuals by religion but I don't know if it was used for proving Aryan heritage in the same way as the Ahnenpass. Information on other countries requires research that I do not have the time to do.
