Can anyone tell me if Rabbi Isaac Simcha HURWITZ , who was a Rabbi in
Hartford, Ct. (d-1936) was a descendant or relative of Moshe ben David
(Rav of Novarodok 18th cent.). Moshe adopted the name HOROWITZ (not
sure of the spelling) as per his father-in-law, HOROWITZ of Minsk.
I know that Rabbi Isaac Simcha H. was also from Novarodok.
