    I read:

    Der Bräutigam ist Wittwer
    seit 1837 Decbr.11 v. Elisabethe
    geb. Behmke, v... [...] die
    ...bezeichnete Dispens.
durch [...] Befreiung v. der ge-
    setzlichen Trauerzeit.

Can't translate it word by word,
    but the meaning is IMHO:

The groom is widower of Elisabethe nee Behmke
    since 1837 Dec. 11
He had a dispensation from the legal time
of mourning before get permission to remarry.

Danke sehr, Bernd. But I am sure that his deceased wife's family name
was Oehmke -- both from other information and from the dissimilarity of
the shape of that initial letter to the other obvious "B"s in the register.

I also have an image of the record of Elisabethe's death, and I am
particularly interested in the cause of death (I cannot even read the
heading of the column, but in the corresponding column on the facing
page I see multiple occurrences of "Grippe"). Would you please decipher
    this for me too:

ACK, this might well be read as Oehmke.

Would you please decipher this for me too:

    I read:

    [] 11:15: Krüger - Ehefrau
    des Maurermeisters Grottis= (?)
    Xstian - Elisabeth mühlen
    geb. Oehmke zu
    Bunel (?)

    Oehmke - Catharina

    Ernst - Nevermann

    Cause of death: Darmkrampf
