Many Dutch genealogists identify Philip Langelaen (a known New Amsterdam settler who arrived in 1659 with his family) as Philip Claesz Langelaen, of Pijnacker, Holland. The most extensive documentation provided are records from the 1650s in Pijnackerthat document Philip as a farmer, and the baptismal records of two of his daughters at Pijnacker.
Based on the Dutch websites, this identification (if correct) would connect Philip Langelaen to a minor family of Dutch gentry in Pijnacker through his mother, with speculative lines going back significantly into Dutch history.
One of the Dutch websites is https://www.genealogieonline.nl/stamboom-langelaan/I88.php
Sources seem scant, but then again, my Dutch is scant as well. I might be missing something.

I am sorry to say that I found nothing on that Dutch website that would indicate your ancestor, Philip Claesz Langelaan, was a member of nobility, but that does not mean a significant amount of information cannot be found about him. When I wasresearching my "German" Dutch (Pieterz) and "Dutch" Dutch (Schuyler) ancestors who immigrated to New Amsterdam in the mid to late 1600s, I found the following sites very useful:
Netherlands, Marriage Index, 1575-1938 (Dutch) https://www.ancestry.com/search/collections/61285/
Netherlands, Burial Index, 1540-1899 (Dutch) https://www.ancestry.com/search/collections/61288/
Netherlands, Select Births and Baptisms, 1564-1910 (Dutch) https://www.ancestry.com/search/collections/60069/
