Hello all,Andrew, this is exciting! Looking forward to taking a look. I, too, have struggled with my Ireland research. Thank you.
I just came across a new online resource for Irish records that was launched last week.
https://www.virtualtreasury.ie/
"The Treasury re-imagines and reconstructs through digital technologies the Public Record Office of Ireland, a magnificent archive destroyed on June 30th, 1922, in the opening engagement of the Civil War."
"The Virtual Record Treasury of Ireland now provides access to 50 million words of searchable text spanning seven centuries; 150,000+ database records; 6,000+ maps;"
Hopefully it can help with Ireland related genealogy research, which often led me to dead ends in the past.
All the best!
Andrew
