I am researching the family of Thomas Kearns/Kerins who came to America circa 1840 with his brothers. Thomas married a Catherine Conway (born Jan 12 1838 in Co. Mayo) and had 13 children, 9 who lived. The family lived in Indiana for some time -- Knox and
Daviess Counties, and eventually settled in St. Claid County in Illinois.

I do know that Catherine's father was Terence Conway, as he is listed on her death certificate, but I do not know her mother's name.

I do not have a solid birth year for Thomas, nor do I know the names of his parents. However, his death certificate says both parents were born in Ireland.

Anyone have a conneciton?
