Anybody out there with roots in the Townland of Kilquane, County Kerry?
This village is about 7 miles from Killarney. I am particularly
interested in hearing from anyone with the surnames Murphy, Sullivan,
Dalton, & Daly.

Hi Ed,
My ancestor James Dalton listed his native place as Clonmeen, near Kanturk, Co. Cork, on his convict record in 1841. He was born ~1815. Mother possibly Johanna, brother possibly Michael (unable to confirm these). Mother definitely widowed in 1841 and
