  • Searching for wills

    Some time go, a contributor very kindly explained how to search for Norfolk (UK) wills on Family search and how to get the book number from, I think it
    was NORS.
    Unfortunately due to a computer crash I lost all this info. If the aforementioned person sees this, I would be very grateful for the procedure again.

    Thank you, yes this was the one.
    It seems however, that NROCAT has changed it's website and for the life of
    me I can't see how to search for a will by name.

    narkive.com seems to be the most complete remaining historical database

    I have had a problem not being able to access news.eternal-september.org
    for a few days but messages are now appearing again.

    I have news.net as a backup, having had disruptions in the past, with
    various servers. That has been working.
