I am trying to find information about my grandparents from Calabria, Italy.
My Grandfather Ralph (Raffaele) Rose was born in 1887. His father was Frank Rose and his mother was Virginia Palamara. I am having a difficult time locating any information about Virginia Palamara.
    Thank You for any help.

Are you sure? 'Frank' is not an Italian name. Nobody would use it in
Calabria, let alone in the 19th century.

The highest density of the 'Palamara' last name is in the province of
Reggio Calabria. You could start from that province.
