I need help!!!

I have been searching for years for information about my great grandfather. He was from Calabria.... All I know is below. I am trying to locate his siblings.

Achille Branca was my great grandfather, the information I have documentation on:

His U.S. World War I Draft Registration Card states:
DOB November 1873
Place of Business: 411 E 118th Street New York, New York
Wife: Teresa Branca

He came to the US in 1893. But I have no idea if his father ever came over or if he had any siblings.

U.S. Naturalization Record states:
Branca, Achille No. 153261 292

Multiple City Directories in NYC
Federal Census in 1905, 1910, 1920, 1925, 1930 and 1940

I located his marriage Certificate No. 896 which states:
Married 27 November 1904
Spouse: Teresa Quattromani
Father: Ferdinando Branca
Mother: Maria Rogato

Connecticut Death Certificate, State File No. 08299:
DOB: Approx 1877

I found online in an Italian Cosenza site:

Achille Branca, calzolaio born on 29/09/1871 to TRENTA son/daughter of Ferdinando Branca and Maria Rogato

The birth date is different but I think it is the same person.

I used this website to look at over 500 birth records to search for the same parents but there are none for Ferdinando Branca or Maria Rogato ten years before Achilles birth date and ten years after his birthdate in Cosenza.
