Can someone explain the "[ANTOINE I." at the right end of the second line? Who is this person? Often the name at this location matches the name of the person being indexed but in this case (and many others) it does not.

Tanguay published his work in 1871-1890, with no computer.
He wrote the family sheet as he found his records, and in many
cases, there are conflicts in records, for example when there
are 2 persons with the same name in the same area (or the same
man married twice).
Antoine I means the father is the Antoine of the 1st generation.
Actually, the marriage occured in 1732 and the father is
Antoine married to Marguerite Suzanne LAFOREST.
Anyway, it is very outdated and unreliable compared to more
recent works like my own GFNA project or the DGQA of the PRDH at
University of Montreal. Tanguay should be used at most as a
complement when records were lost after he visited a church.
