• Searching for refugees in France

From einew@hotmail.com@21:1/5 to All on Fri Apr 27 11:58:14 2018
My relatives Hermann Siegismund Asch born Wroclaw 31 May 1905, possibly with wife Dorothea, his brother Robert Erich Asch, born Wroclaw 2 Feb 1897, and Erich's son Peter, born 1926 are all known by my oldest family member to have sought refuge in France
early in the Nazi era, though probably Hermann & Erich did not go together. She thinks they were at least at first in Paris. They were not practicing Jews, their grandparents having converted to Christianity. Thus they are not included in any of the
databases of persecuted Jews, though it was for this reason they had to flee Germany. I would greatly appreciate suggestions as to how to find information about them.

    Thank you in advance!
    Irene Newhouse
