    Hello
I have been researching for a number of years for my LeBlanc family line and have got as far as (name has changed slightly in some documents LaBlanc, LeBlond)
Peter LeBlanc born in around 1781 in Guadeloupe.
I know Peter come to the UK and married in 1812 in Greenwich England to a Hannah Searles.
had a number of children before dying in 1851 age 70.
if anyone has any info or ideas for other lines of research, i would be very grateful.
    Regards
    Corinne

HI Corine - are you Corine Slater who I have corresponded with before or are you a new Corine. Just wanted to check because I did not want to communicate the story all over again. Just a quickie to say that I have Peter marrying Hannah Elizabeth Searle
on the 12th May 1816 NOT 1812 (where did you get that information from). I do have a copy of the marriage certificate that you are welcome to have a copy of if you would like. Peter was my 3rd Great Grandfather.
