My distant relative Mary Buchan was born in St Vincent in 1810 her father was Henry Buchan he was a color Sargent
In the Perthshire light infantry he had brothers named James, Thomas and Alexander but the Buchan were usually from Perthshire Scotland if they were involved with the 90th regiment.
I’m looking for information on Henry’s father Alexander Buchan who married A lady named Mary on the 5/7/1767 in Madderty Scotland.
If you find out any info let me know
