    My warm wishes for you all this holiday season

    And I hope all of you are safely and comfortably
    sheltered, well fed and in a good space for the
    day!



    I am currently observing what passes as a small
    miracle as my laptop flawlessly updates to Windows
    10 "Creator's Update"

    I dare say no more.



    Nice hearing more from people recently and Good
    Hunting for this year in Genealogy!

    (This past week we have been hovering down around minus 15 to minus 20
    Celsius: today we are a rather warm minus 6, but tomorrow we should be
    back down to a more normal minus 26; (a wee bit cooler than North
    Carolina, Laura?) We are at least a foot deep in snow with more on the
    way: a real white christmas).

    Doing it solo this year with a case of the flu
    which is diminishing gradually...taking the time
    to chat with family from a distance and do some
    catch up on the computer...Hope this sees you
