Hi Pam
Don't have a specific answer to your immediate
question..but there are sites online and on FB and
some Blogs here and there as well
Use Google and be relentless!
For those of you who are interested there are
digitized copies of Vols I-III History of Antigua
V.L Oliver online at several locations and a good
one at Internet Archive
https://archive.org/details/historyofislando01oliv
that is for Vol I...they have all of Oliver's
works including the full text of Caribbeana online
now. The most effective was to use these books is
to download them in PDF and keep them for your own
reading pleasure. The search features work
differently depending on how the metadata was
configured so use the main binoculars search and
if you get no response for something basic then
shift to the "Find" on page feature on the browser
. Keep the searches simple it is not Google!

Subject: [Carib] Other FB sites, specifically for
Montserrat
Hi,
I found the FB page that was recently mentioned on
this site to be very interesting. I wonder if
there is such a site or other archival entity that
specifically deals with Montserrat? My ancestors
had the surname Irish and lived on that island. I
have used the Oliver book found at the Allen
County Public Library in Ft Wayne, but I am
curious as to other references that would be
helpful - thanks for your time.
