Seriously, don't expect much from this girl as she seems not familiar with
the cash flow required from her business.

First, for this business, it is slow project. It is also high capital
    project.

It takes few years to build the project to its completion stage. Thus, the gestation return on the invested project is also very long.

She thus needs to have long years of pre-orders for her products that will
be produced from the completed invested projects.

Therefore, the inflow of capital to the project is high, and the outflow of capital is also high and fast.

The outflow of capital is the paying their suppliers for their supply of materials and work done.

When their report says their business was affected by the low price of their water desalination plant, was they meant to say they are over-produced of
    clean water?

Does that mean the clean water is not consumed enough by its consumers in
    SG?

Does it mean that the government had over-ordered of water supply for its people?

The same statement of losses was also mentioned by her company on the electricity rates.

Does it mean the electricity consumption in SG is low and thus needs to be consumed more?.

In short they cannot blamed their ali-baba for their delays.

    .
