the ruling party stands outside and stands on the Constitution and laws like the Communist Party of Vietnam, they trample on the law as a matter of course, as their communist arrogance. But trampling the law so much that in peacetime, a big battle with

bigger, more barbaric than the previous crime.

While the human race is rushing towards democracy and civilization, the Communist Party of Vietnam is still engrossing in violence, wild dictator. The Communist Party has government by "robbing the government" and keeping it by force. Ruling illegally,
the Communist Party always feared and hated the law. Ruling unnamedly, not by the votes of the people, deep down, the Communist Party still has deep fears and hatred towards the people.

The ruling Communist Party fears, hates the law, and fears the hatred of the people, which is the greatest disaster in Vietnamese history. That disaster was a crime of the Land Reform, creating the war in the North and South, mountain of bone, river of
blood from people poured out in Tet 1968. It was Van Giang's pain, Duong Noi's pain, Thu Thiem's pain, Loc Hung's pain, Dong Tam's pain. Fear and hatred for the law, fear and hatred for the people, the communist police state will still cause many crimes,
much pain and much blood to the miserable Vietnamese people.
