The invasion must be met at short range with violent force. Let the
enemy be drawn in where he is extended and we are short. Build cheap,
fast missile boats to fire missiles at close range. The missile boats
can be stationed in any small harbor, so will be distributed. Stop the
enemy at close range, where he will drown and cannot be rescued.
