IMHO Impechmenty które przynajmniej w połowie przypadków nie kończą się wykopaniem prezydenta "mogą" wyglądać na (za) tanią polityczną szopkę. Jak się wczytałem to całkiem możliwe że są wystarczające postawy do dochodzenia przez Izbę Reprezentantów. Wysłanie oskarżeń do Senatu
to już całkiem inne wymogi _ze względu na własny wizerunek_.
