    W jednym malym Nowym Brunszwiku:

About 1/3 of the homes in Fredericton were destroyed, but the main devastation was 100 miles (160 km) to the northeast commencing from Bas Caraquet. The preceding summer was a particularity hot one, with bush fires common.[1] On the evening of October 7,
1825, the firestorm roared through Newcastle, New Brunswick (now part of the City of Miramichi), and in less than 3 hours reduced the town of 1,000 people to ruins – of 260 original buildings, only 12 remained. Only 6 of 70 buildings survived in the
adjacent village of Douglastown. The fire similarly destroyed other communities, including Moorefield, Napan, and Black River Bridge. Chatham, Nelson, and Doaktown escaped the fire. The cause of the blaze is not known, but it was likely by humans.[2]

About 160 people died in and around Newcastle, including prisoners in the Newcastle Jail. Elsewhere, the totals were likely higher, given the number of lumbermen in the forests at the time (about 3000). To escape the blaze many residents took refuge with
livestock and wildlife in the Miramichi River.[3]

In total the fire(s) consumed almost 16,000 km2 (about 1/5 of New Brunswick's forests or 3.95 million acres). The blaze has been partly attributed to unusually hot weather in the summer and fall of 1825, coupled with outdoor fires by settlers and loggers.

Then again, you were also saying that George W. Bush had all the right to call for the "liberating crusade in the
    Middle East" ?
"Bush should have told those [people who criticized his calling for a crusade in the middle East] to kiss his ass. Is "crusade" a restricted word now, the same way as the word "righteous"?
and told Bush critics "to drop on their knees in front of "Dubya" and ask for forgiveness!" (originals below)
only to ... turn against Bush, when he ... did what he had said he would do...

Or when you brown-nosed Lech Walesa, promoted him as the Man of the Century (Churchill and FDR were "some lesser figures" in comparison), and suggested he should have the shot at the Man of the Millennium, only to ... dismiss him as a collaborator of a
Communist secret police. Very canny those Commies who deployed Walesa
to seed unrest and collapse Communism - their apparently they told their agent to usher Solidarnosc, to become its symbol, around whom the Poles rallied after the martial law and subsequent years of repression, to motivate the resistance against the
Communist junta, and according to your EARLIER recollection of living under Communism:
"tylko dzieki mitowi Lecha (i legendzie ukrywajacego sie chyba do 1985 r. Bujaka) Polacy nie stracili nadzieji"

Either those Commies were very canny engineering themselves the collapse of the very system that offered them power and privileges, or alternatively - your memory of the 1980s plays really really cruel jokes on you.

Simple. Another unusually high and dry forest wildfire summer but without anthropogenic CO2 that time.

Porownywal Andrew stryjek siekierke i kijek - LOCAL fires (in a tiny Canadian province) with hardly any
technical means to contain the fires (it's 1825!) - with fires over Canada Nova Scotia, Ontario, Alberta, B.C. and NWT- that despite fire containing capabilities and forest firefighters from the whole world burned already
TWICE as much as the previous annual record. Which was in 1989, NOT in 1825.

And not only your fact are wanting, but your logic too - your inability to distinguish from factor contributing to from a necessary condition - global warming increases the risk of bigger and more intense fires, but is not
the NECESSARY CONDITION for a forest fire to occur. In other words, Mr. Strak, your proof that global warming
does not exist - is akin to a lawyer telling the court that his client, despite being caught with two empty gas cans at the site of the forest fire:
"Your Honour, my client couldn't possibly start the fire, because forest fires have been happening for a long time before humans. In fact one of the largest fires ever happened after the asteroid strike 66 mln years ago.
No humans then, ha ha ha ! "

So you inhabit now the same mental space as your Mentor - a retired(?) botany professor from Sweden
    - who looks at the graph like that: https://www.climate.gov/media/15021 and claims that Global warming
is a hoax. Your Mentor has shown how much is worth his scientific professionalism and integrity,
when he ridiculed the concept of the Global Warming by ... repeatedly referring to it as "the so-called Global Warming", and a product of the global conspiracy of scientists like Michael Mann - hence his frequently repeated zinger: "Mann-made Global
Warming". You get it: "Mann-made", not "man-made", bua ha ha !

And who apparently bases his knowledge of the subject on ... the Internet, e.g. see his referral to
some poster from a forum on a right-wing British tabloid "Daily Mail" that he quoted as a PROOF
that the Global Warming is a product of ..."hutzpah" of a "racket" of climate scientists:

"Since it didn't actually warmed for twenty years whereas the computer models predicted it would, the perpetrators of this racket chose to fudge the records to make it appear that it did and to invent ever
more bizarre computer models. They should have altered their models to align with reality, not dig a hole for themselves trying to lie their way out of it. The racket is over."
