    The HK Police must stop all demonstration in the city center and only allow these rioters to gather in designated open space eg. sports stadium, parks, open air car parks. If possible, demonstration be allowed in the out lying areas.

    Any rioters who gather without a license or not in the designated area should be dispersed with brutal force'

    This is the only way to end the chaos.
