Seng Xiong is currently locked out in Sherburne County jail in Minnesota. To my knowledge, July 10, 2017 Seng is scheduled to be brought back to court for sentencing. For state laws, Seng could get up to 20 years in prison for wire and mail fraud.However, federal laws are little bit different. My guess is that Seng will get at least 5 years in prison and may get out of prison within 3 years with good behavior. Will wait and see.
