Difference between "not consulted single U-Turn" and "double U-Turn" is

Don't what you really mean. Assuming you mean Macron had U-turned on
Maduro first. And he is currently making another U-turn.

US led world order is the criteria,
U-turn 1: Macron refused to recognize Maduro to conform to US led world order. U-turn 2: Macron is U-turning from the US led world order, at least from the earlier edition.

    Future:
Can the US can persuade France and other nations to conform to the US led world
    order again?

    Realpolitik is the criteria:
U-turn1: More profitable for France not to recognize Maduro.
U-turn2: More profitable for France to recognize/befriend Maduro.

    Future:
What world politics would convince France to U-turn again?
