• Putin: Obliterating Ukraine is not our goal

"Speaking at a news conference in Astana, Kazakhstan, Vladimir Putin said:

What is happening today is unpleasant, to put it mildly. However, we would have had to experience all this later, but in worse conditions for us, that's all… We are acting correctly, and in a timely manner. We did not set the task to obliterate
    Ukraine,” he stressed.

The president also said that he does not yet see the need for new massive strikes against Ukraine. The Russian army is facing other tasks now, although he did not specify which ones exactly. Seven out of 29 Ukrainian facilities have not been destroyed,
as the Russian Defence Ministry planned, he said.

    Partial call-up almost completed

Partial mobilization is almost over, it will be completed in about two weeks, President Putin also said.

The head of state explained that out of the planned 300,000 people, 222,000 had been mobilized.

"An additional call-up is not planned,” Putin assured.

The President of Russia stressed that all reservists must undergo mandatory training before being sent to the special operation zone."

Obliterate sounds a way of wipe out. But make no mistake when the time needed to obliterate, there is no need to inform when and how. Seriously, US is touted by EU into entering direct participation with Ukraine force to fight Russia. When US entered
into a war with NATO, it will not be any more of proxy war using Ukraine but a US war on Russia. It will mean the best time for Russia to obliterate them will be at this same time.

French president had described Russian and Ukrainian as brotherly people. With this point of view, Russia has no reason to obliterate Ukraine. More important,
Russia has to lived with other European nations. Obliterate Ukraine is a sure way
to alienated all of them for a long long time if not permanently.

In contrast, other nation MAY choose to sacrifice Ukraine on for a thousand year

Don't take brotherly people as gospel words, per se, because people in Western countries collaborated with Japan and Korea have also said China and Taiwan are brotherly people, but behind their back, they spitted them; tesed them; separated them, and
using them behind the backs to outrage each other in order to fight each other. They ultimately want them to fight in order to allow to sell more weapons and to gain a foothold in Taiwan as strategic frontier to agitate each other and even attack China,
    too.

So do not take what they say as brotherly people.A pinch of salt is okay but not to washed by them. They are many countries with cross-border's families were often told the same things as brotherly people and so on, but when there is an issue, there is
no more brotherly anymore. The Western countries will take advantages of them sending weapons and urging them to fight to stay and upturn their borders, too. Therefore, be upfront with whatever to be said in order to clear with red flag, red line, bottom
    line, and whatever lines.

Seriously, NATO countries in Europe are not keen to be drawn into the fight in Ukraine with Russia, for they know the outcome will be devastating to them, too. They know that US not located in Europe will be watching CNN and Fox News enjoying their beers
for updates. Hence, in response to US asking their participation, EU is touting US to go themselves to fight in Ukraine, instead. In response to US requested them for arms, Poland still offered to sell their MIGs to US and asked US to send to Ukraine.
This also goes to show Poland is not interested to be deemed by Russia as a party to fight them in Ukraine. Germany still not dare to give their planes, leopard tanks and not even rifles to Ukraine.

Now, even the head of EU commission is not even interested to come out to make her weekly or even monthly media reports to foreign media. It goes to show EU is clear in not to interfere the war and is prepared not to help Ukraine and to let go of Ukraine
not to be destroyed for a lifetime to recover from it. They had thought through that it is better to have a inclusive Europe that included of Russia than solely EU separated from Russia. They also do not want US anymore in Europe.

EU now know that NATO is manufactured by US to put their foothold in Europe to obliterate Russia, instead. This they could see from the 1991 breaking up of USSR and still working to NATO every former USSR countries to further destroy Russia into pieces.
Make no mistake, the ultimate patience by Russia had arrived, and now they have no choice but to lure US into a war with them in Ukraine. If need to, a nuclear attack will decimate them. It is not false flag attack as Putin had clearly stated in his
speech that US when under attacks by Japan in Hawaii had used nuclear two times to annihilate Japan. This was also without informing UN to debate and approval of it, too.

Henceforth, his speech is clearly inferring that as there was already a precedent in the use of nuclear weapons by US, he would hence not hesitate to use nuclear also as it is not unprecedented anymore. This means his words are absolutely clear and
sharply explained that he would use nuclear without informing UN too. Therefore, make no mistake, not going nuclear will not be a false flag at all. It will not be going to restrain Russia anymore from using nuclear when his country is attacked, and
surrounded by US led NATO forces in EU countries.

In short, Russia is not interested in being an Asian power, but rather they want to a Europe power now and forever. Putin has been watching since 1991 break up of USSR, and hence the patience of Russia is worn off. The Ukraine war is agitated, schemed,
positioned by US. Hence, as it has started, it is now or never. Russia should start nuclear tests in Pacific and Atlantic oceans to ensure every piece is workable to decimate its foes. Russia wants its European power and not Asian power.

    line, and whatever lines.

Of course, everyone sees things differently.
Yet Macron said "Russians and Ukrainians are brotherly people" as the French President. Brothers did, do and will fight each other in the future. So are brotherly
people. But their fights would not change their relationship.

Anyway, Putin had pronounced obliterating Ukraine is not Russian goal. Of course,
anyone can disagree. But good cost-benefit reasoning had to be provided. Currently,
    Russia is way ahead.

"The Lugansk region, home to 2.1 million people before the war, borders Russia on three
sides and forms part of the industrial Donbas area along with neighbouring Donetsk.
According to the ISW, over 99 percent of the territory is currently under Russian control.
    ...
Donetsk, which had a pre-war population of 4.1 million, is a mining and steel base in the
larger Donbas area, and is home to one of Ukraine's largest cities, also named Donetsk.
Before February 24, around half of the prominently Russian-speaking region was controlled
    by Moscow-backed separatists."
    ...
The Zaporizhzhia region, which is home to Europe's largest nuclear plant on the Dnipro river
and had a pre-war population of about 1.6 million, borders the Sea of Azov. According to the ISW, 72 percent of the land is currently assessed to be under Russian control.
    ...
The westernmost of the four regions that held annexation "referedums" is Kherson, which
was one of the first Ukrainian regions to fall under Russian control after the invasion began.
With a population of one million before the war, this key agricultural area forms the gateway
    to the Crimean peninsula."

Russia can defend itself. The threat is foreign involvement. Hence the nuclear stick is waved.

Seriously, NATO countries in Europe are not keen to be drawn into the fight in Ukraine with Russia, for they know the outcome will be devastating to them, too. They know that US not located in Europe will be watching CNN and Fox News enjoying their

Russia can indeed defend itself. Russia's advanced weapons are mostly nuclear tipped. So they have to wave their enemies first. It is also to say they need not have to inform UN. It is also that is not an unprecedented use of nuclear weapon. To Russia,
in war, they cannot allow difficulties ahead to confront or to defeat them. They cannot allow them to cloud their their thoughts. They cannot allow other to dominate or to overthrow your decisions. Hence, the use of nuclear is very valid to them. Now
they have to lure foreign involvement to Ukraine, so that they have reasons to wipe them off from earth.

Sounds like you really hate the Ukrainians and you wish to see Ukraine obliterated against
Putin's announcement on Russia not making obliterating Ukraine its goal.

Hate is a strong word; obliterate is also a strong word. But these words were used by the Western author who wrote them in the articles. Therefore, in here, it is used in the same way as per se on what they used in their writing of the article.

Seriously, hate is not the goal of Russia and obliterate is not the aim of Russia, too. These words were used by the author to amplify the points to smear at Putin. But Putin did not utter these words. Here, the writing to you is to follow what were
written to achieve the same effect in magnitude of effects.

There was a familiar saying which said when a country carried an attack, they were called as terrorism. But when US carried attacked, they say they were doing counter-terrorism. Seriously, Ukraine war is not a hate and obliterate war between them, it is
the author in the West that wrote it.

To end the war, it is as easy as writing abc, in that Ukraine should simply end the war with a statement not to engage in NATO membership at all, forever, and the war will end immediately with a handshake between UKraine and Russia.
